so i am trying to backup naughty bear and its super slow. its 772.97mb at 33 minutes already. using multiman(1.15 i think) on 3.55kmeaw
i just did a wipeout hd backup in 17 minutes for 2+gig

I'm taking a guess based on what I heard a while back. It apparently takes time for you to reach top speeds when transferring data. In the case of Naughty Bear it contains 1000s of very small files. This means the speed of the transfer never has enough time to speed up to it's full potential because by the time it does start to speed up the small file is complete and it goes to the next one.

In other words it's much faster to transfer a large game with few files than it is to tranfer a small game with 1000s of files.

This is based off what I heard but it does explain why Naughty Bear is so slow even though it's such a small game.
