    Hi guys,

Is it possible to mount a Blu-Ray ISO on the PS3? And start it like a normal Blu-ray, with menu's and such?

    Thx,

    M4GN3T

No it's not. Closest thing you can do is 1:1 rip a PS3 game or blueray and mount it through the numerous backup managers.

You can't use ISO but you can use a decrypted blu-ray disc with all the files and folders.

The only manager you can do it with is multiMAN. If the blu-ray movie doesn't have Java (BDJO folder must be empty) then all will be okay and you'll have the menus and everything. Check the 1st page of multiMAN's thread for more info.

Do you have to use a PC to decrypt it?

    Or will multiMAN do it?

Dean, will be possible play decrypted blu-ray through lan (Files will be stored on the pc HD's so you can load and mount the disc just like multiman do)? there is any possibility that you could implement this on multiman in a near future ?

Has this issue been resolved or is there a workaround? If anyone could link me to a good tut I would be very appreciative. I'm trying with my bluray copy of Sinister and it has the bdjo folder, I cant get dvdfab or anydvdhd to recognize the rip from ps3. I don't have a bluray drive on the pc just ps3. I was able to rejoin the split files but that is all I've been able to do so far. The bluray is marred and I cant get another rip of it to complete, every time it fails on ps3.
