Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe (black screen)

hi all
i jailbreak my playstion slim 250gb with iphone 2g hermes v3 and i use open manager ver 1.16
all games working include pes 2011
but Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe doesn't work at all it stop on black screen i try it from internal hardisk and the external without no luck
i am using
Mortal.Kombat.vs.DC.Universe.EUR.JB.PS3-ROM

it works with open manager 1.13 and PS3key v2 but i test it only on exteral HDD

if you got it from the net then its more likely get curropted during the uploading or downloading .so there is nothing we can do .

There is small file it's name .sfv check if the game downloaded correctly or not

I have problems with this with my disc version. First it gave me some error number when I tried to launch it. Then, I re-ripped it and got a black screen.

You are asking for help with an illegal download of a PS3 game which the rules clearly state not to ask for help about or even mention it. We can't help you!

@RafeDonson, I think that you have to copy the game from external to internal or the other way around while in patched mode or Open Manager(whichever version you have that has patched mode). I'm not sure if you actually have to launch it in patched mode from then on still or you can just use normal, not sure. Give it a try.

Ta, but it hasn't helped. If I rip it in patch mode from the disc, I get an error that reads '80010017' when I try to launch it. If I rip it in non-patch mode from the disc I get the black screen problem.

I've tried copying the 8010017 rip and the black screen error rip back and forth from USB to HDD and back, and no joy. I've also tried downgrading from Hermes V3 to PSGroove, and nothing.

I've also tried having a disc in the drive, which is what Mirror's Edge needs, but it still doesn't work. I know the disc's not faulty, nor does it conflict with the PS3 being in groove mode because I can run it from the disc itself. And it won't run from USB either.

I could live with running from the disc, but I'd rather have it working on the HD, so I can have a jukebox style arrangement like I did with my original X-Box. The compatibility list doesn't mention this being a problem with the game - which is the PAL BLES00441 version.

EDIT: I've also tried copying it using the file manager, but again no joy.
