Mortal Kombat discless

if anybody finds a solution to play this game without a disc inside the BD please post here. like many i have a broken blu-ray drive wich makes it impossible for me to play this game. please no flammers and no stupid advices like : get another BD. it's not at option at this time. i'd be better saving for a slim than throw money on a drive that might or might not work and if it does, god only knows for how much time.

I've tried different methods with PKG patch and MM's shadow copy but it always gave me blackscreen. So there's no way to make it work discless from XMB atm.

wondering if it will available on PSN Store. probabily the last chance for me and others to play it without a BD.

i have made some progress with the help of magicpkg 1.0. since i am on rebug 3.55.1 i activated some debug options. i have used method 3 in magicpkg as access MK from XMB it goes black screen but i also get a debug message: Space requiered: 5488640. would it refer to MB it's impossible to have that much so i guess we are talking about KB. still doesn't make any sense. my internal is 40GB and only thing on it is MK witch is about 10GB.

im in the same boat and gutted i cant get this game.tried for 10 hours the day it came out to try get this to work diskless.good to see ppl are still tryin to find a pkg and get it working.i know its a long shot but any possibility the europe version when released tomorrow will boot diskless?has anyone tried hmanager/iris manager?heard this has good diskless support.im on 3.41 and cant get any games at all on hmanager to boot

Just tried to boot it diskless and black screen, although my external hdd reads like mad..

Also tried Iris Manager with SC 36, and Hermes SC 8..

So, my guess is, it requires a disk..

Last hope is probably the EU version of the game, I cant remember which game it was...but the US version wouldnt work discless, and the EU version did.

your best bet would be to either wait it out until someone finds a way to run it discless or replace your lens/drive.

EU version requires a disk in. This doesn't bug me too much as I have a 99p copy of Fifa I use for this, but it'd be handy to be able to play without any disc. Especially if you're someone with a broken Blu-Ray drive. Tried Iris Manager, Multiman, and it only works with a game in the drive.
