Refer to the thread in "Game Modding" about Mortal Kombat Character Modding to find a 1.03 patch that works on 3.55 cfw. User Scorpion has put together a US and PAL version of the patch. He's also unlocked all the dlc characters and the bosses. I'd check it out.
