MOH - Hang on install

I've been trying to get MOH to work from internal with no luck.

I'm running Hermes 4b on Minimus usb, I've tried numerous managers, edited the PARAM.SFO to show 3.41, installed the 1.01 update via usb but each time I've done this I get hung on the initial install of game data and it just sits at 0%.

Does anyone else have this issue or have any recommendations?

Use Gaia and start the game in Patch mode with a BD in the drive.

How did you edit the param.sfo?
If you used notepad it won't work.

What version of Gaia did you use?
The new version apparently patches the sfo for you so you don't need to patch it.

Also, what is the ID of your MOH?
I could only get BLUS30436 (US) working.

This is how I got it working:-
Installed the patch from USB (via Install Packages option) first.
FTP'd the game over
Put a game in the drive.
Started Gaia, selected patch mode, selected the game (it went back to XMB), started via the disc icon, not the app path)
Game started, installed files and then started the game after.

If I ran without patch mode enabled, it just froze on 0% when installing files.

The same thing was happening to me... Thought it was freezing on the 0% for me aswell, so I left it on to go make a thread about it asking for help about it. When I came back, I found it progressed up to 85%, probably was gone no more than 5 min?

Just try to give it some time

It should install the files pretty much instantaneous. What BM were you using?

Yah, it is the US version. I used the PS3SFO program to do the editing, I triple checked to make sure it showed 3.41.

When you say patch mode, is that just the L1 mem patch?

I have the same exact problem and took the same step of editing the sfo : / amd with the mem patch i get a black screen

i had the same problem but I could finally make it rum from external
I use Hermes v4b and OM 2.1E
Just used Patch > 3.41 param in OM

When you say patch mode, is that just the L1 mem patch?

yeah, it should show "ON" in the manager.
If it doesn't show "ON" then your hex isn't correct, make sure it is Hermes4B (fixed version of 4)
