Mass Effect 2 problem –
Ok, so I started to game up and everything went smooth and I was having massive fun until I got to the galaxy map. When I opened it up the screen got all jittery and then I got a 'disk error' and was told to quit and restart the game. I did that and before I got the main menu I was told that data was corrupted. I'm on kmeaw with gaia manager 2.02 and I can't figure out what's wrong...any help would be appreciated.
Also, speaking of gaia manager, it seems that it won't start up for me unless i run the lv2 patch first. I know it has that built in but if I try to run it without doing lv2 first all I get is a black screen.
Edit: Problem seems to be solved at the moment. Switched to multiman and every things good so far.

Reason: problem solved
played on multiMAN for about an hour last night worked perfectly, after I installed the game data I got to the main menu and it said the game data was corrupt and kicked me back to the XMB, I restarted the game and it worked fine after that.
New Problem –
Bump because I have a new problem.
Galaxy map is fine now along with everything else except for one thing...I can't scan planets. Whenever I try I get a disk error and have to quit the game. I've tried several BMs and no luck. Anyone else having this problem? Know of a fix?
It's getting to the point that I'm thinking of reformatting my HDD to see if that works.
Would you send me your EBOOT.bin and Param.sfo? Just in a pm, thanks!

IIRC, none of the files were over 4 gigs, so you should be good on an external.
