wow mass effect 2 took 2h35 minutes to copy from external to internal .. but it works great with multiman

lol you pretty much just proved you're a pirate.

Anyway it has a bunch of small little files. If we could play these games as ISOs backup speeds would be way better.

Compare it with copying FFXIII to the internal. That game is 40GB and only took an hour.

if we could pack and unpack rar/zip etc on the ps3, we could send over 1 iso/zip or parts fast and let do the ps3 the work on unpacking

Great point. Would be even more of a speed improvement for those of us with crappy PCs.

Yea same took about 3 hours for me. Thing is after every small file, it pauses for ~2 seconds. If it was continuous, it'd probably take about 30 minutes.

not sure it wou ld work I don't take chances anymore.. always put them on internal
