Mass Effect 2 3.55

I have ME2 Bles01133, and I tried launching it with MM 2.00.03 and it just gives me error, "There has been a disc read error. THe game cannot continue. Please quit and restart the game."

I have do have a game in the drive not ME2 obviously. Any ideas on what to do?
