I will place a list of working homebrew apps in here for the Wutangrza CFW 3.55 with geohot's JB, since its more stable than the other one.
Please post all the packages that have worked for you, anything from snes to games.
I will add to the list in an hour, testing all the apps I have.

I'm getting off of work right now, and when I get home I'll try some and make a list... if any :D
Gonna be trying black ops + multiman soon, will report back!
I'll be installing tomorrow night and will try out multiman, various, psn packages, and a few games. I might give a few of the emulators a try if I have the time to.
All my emulators still work just fine as expected. If it worked on geo's 3.55 it should work on flukes 3.55.

Only one I've tried was Medefan emu thing..
(more recent version compared to what I use to use.. Some games that worked with earlier version dont run as well with this one).
Dont know if its 3.55 fault or just the ver. updates
