Is there a 3.55 1.02 update patch for this game? I having a problem with game where it keeps pausing and asking to update to 1.02. Anyway to get that to stop?

Don't update to v1.02. That patch requires official FW3.60.

As for the game that keeps asking you to download the patch, you could try installing a CFW with privacy patch.

I'm using kwneaw cfw3.55, which has a privacy patch?

didn't have that perticular issue but if you unplug ethernet cable it should not ask you to update
easy fix
