L.A. Noire The Setup Case Blackscreen

My version is BLES changed it to US and playing and now I'm getting blackscreen on internal trying external now, hope it will work, cause if not have to change it back to BLES and play from beginning again, Is there anyway to convert BLUS save to BLES?

Not working man, Changed back to BLES can anyone share me save file of BLES ? At the setup case would be good, but any case would be good also cuz I don't want to start from the beginning.
