I have included as much info here to try to get this game to work. I posted previously but have modified and summarised exactly what I am doing and hopefully someone can unlock this. Before I try to run this game I will delete all versions and start from scratch. Please can someone tell me what I am doing wrong:

I have bought this game and downloaded it in an attempt to get it to work. When I boot up with PSBREAK dongle the system says I am running 3.41 Hermes. I have copied from the game disk to Internal and external and I have the 3.41 patch (and also 3.55 patch). I go to Multimanager select the game from external drive and go to install gets the game data installed after 14 mins, I run the 3.41 patch, then launch from internal -
"This title cannot be loaded from Internal. Transfer to external USB HDD or change title options", game black screens when launched off external. Tried checking on the game data screens on both versions BD Mirror....Black screen...........HELP, I have probably wasted about 5 hours repeating, rebooting, trying all manner of things to get this to work, I am certain one of you helpful people can tell me exactly in plain English what I need to do to get this working, please

If you've managed to get the game data installed from external (the only way it will install from backup) then run the game from internal. Remove all options for the game for the internal copy. Also test the game in multiman. It should give you a count of the files. Make sure you see a big file - meaning the 4gb+ file isn't split on internal

That game's a pain to get working but plays great once you figure it out

Thanks, I'll try it again tonight, thank goodness I wasn't the one testing it to see if it worked or not, think I'd have given up. Ok as this is the first game I have run from MM, I have checked the game size and it is one large file. In terms of removing all the options you mean on the MM menu when you choose the game you simply mean make sure none of the boxes are checked, I just want to make sure I am not getting things confused - like I say its the first game I have run from MM.
As a matter of interest why was I getting the message "This game cannot be..." was I not doing what you have advised when I simply go to launch off internal after the game install from external?

You've got it right. What's going on is when you select BD Redirection in multiMAN when it's on external it also selects External only. When you select it when the game is on internal it doesn't do that. Then when you copied the game from external to internal it copied the settings with it

It sounds like you've got it figured out - good luck

no still not got it. I started from scratch. Put in original disk, copied to internal and usb drive. tested both, internal 1 big file, external 1 big file split into 8 parts. Went to MM pressed square button nothing is turned on in any options. Went to internal on MM again nothing turned on in options. Back in MM usb I select "load" it says verifying data, ok and puts me at XMB. I install patch and then go to icon called LA noire, press x and it black screens, no game data being installed. Please what am I doing wrong? Explain in as much detail as you can in order for me to follow exactly the order of doing everything.
