Killzone 2 not showing up on xmb
Killzone 2 not showing up on xmb –
Hey I just ftp'd killzone 2 to my ps3 using blackbox and cuteftp, compared files everything is in place ( I tried GAMES and GAMEZ folder), and when I try to boot it up from my backup manager I go back to the xmb and killzone 2 doesnt show up, instead just my orignal disc (Black Ops), when I try direct boot it just takes me back to xmb, is there a fix to this thanks in advance.

what manager are you using?
i'm on gaia and don't have any problems with killzone 2.
edit: you can try fixing permissions, I've read it fixes problems for some people. maybe that would help in your case.
Also try running lv2 patcher before loading your BM. This sounds like the lv2 patch isn't in place, so it's not changing the disk in the drive.
I thought the lv2 patch was integrated to the new managers, as of now I'm using gaia manager as of now but I've also tried multiman and rogero. I'll try to the suggestions and get back up to you thanks.

How exactly did you get it to work? I'm stumped, every other game I have works fine, on any manager, granted that this is the first time I try to play a game of my internal hdd, but like I said the files transferred properly, so what is it, do I need to install some kind of pkg or something?
