I've backed up The Force Unleashed 2 with GaiaManager twice to my internet HDD, and also updated GaiaManager twice.

Both backups didn't work, and after the updates, they would disappear (though they are taking hard drive space.)

What am I doing wrong, and how do I get those files out of my HDD (I don't have any special tools for hooking up the PS3 to my computer and whatnot.)
