Make sure that you installed the correct one for where your games are stored on your HDD. There is a GAME, GAMEZ and BDRIP pkg. Install the one that corresponds to where your games are.

If it's working for you then there's no need to update.

Not allowed. Read the rules as requesting could potentially get you in trouble.

ABSOLUTELY NO WAREZ: Our no warez policy is strictly enforced. DO NOT attach or post direct links to warez on this forum. Doing so will result in a permanent ban. This includes, but it not limited to, games sold on pressed retail discs or ROM files ripped from proprietary cartridges.
Hi, i updated to kmeaw 3.55 from the XMB - system update instead of recovery mode, everything is working, is there any differents using recovery? (safer)
if for any reason, would go back to factory settings/downgrade firmware 3.41?
its possible right?
The point of doing it from recovery mode is that generally the CFW will not install from the XMB. Most receive an error that the system is already up to date. But if it worked for you that way then good job

after we've updated to the CFW we won't need our JailBreak devices any more right? Will we still be able to install .pkgs the usual way even without our JB devices?

Correct. No dongles are needed and the Install Package Files folder is always present on the XMB.
