hey everybody. in a last resort im gonna ask the community because i have been searching for hours now.

I have Kwwatever (no disrespect, im too frustrated to look it up) 3.55 CFW. i have multiman 1.16.04 installed. it apperently has NTFS support.

So here is my final problem excluding all the other problems ive had during this whole process causing me to almost rip my hair out. My external USB is not being recognized. its formatted NTFS. it used to freeze when i pressed Start + /\ but i fixed that with the USB.cfg file. it doesnt freeze anymore but it will not detect the USB.

i spent alot of time on this and the only thing its been doing is punching me in the brain. I have a BLE### folder for a game i want to play under my USB:/GAMES folder.

If you dont feel like reading all of that:

Multiman will not recognize my NTFS USB HDD even with the correct USB.cfg file. what do you recomend?

Had you read the first post in the multiman thread, you'd realize that you can only copy off of a ntfs device, not play games.

ok i dont think u guys understood my question. u dont have to call me stupid bcuz u didnt understand what i was asking. I AM FULLY AWARE YOU CANNOT PLAY GAMES OFF OF A NTFS HDD!!! (yet)

to my understanding you can copy games from the external to the internal to play them. How do i do that if my hard drive is not being detected. unless the whole NTFS feature being added was.... idk a hoax

contrary to popular belief... i have read all the rules and FAQs i could find. i know were the search button is... so lemme try it again

Lol Like I said go to fat32 for the time being , NTFS isnt 100% at all yet. Go to the multiman forum on psx scene and ask that man himself maybe he can help you but for now I am pretty sure you are screwed

I answered your're question the first time no need to be snobby and rude about psx-scene learn how to use the search on site as it helps and you would by now know where to ask any multiman questions smart guy

You say you have the correct usb.cfg setup but you have not even stated what you have amended it to so it matches what your NTFS drive is or indeed the make/model/volume of your NTFS drive! e.g. ID etc etc

That sucks, I hate when I try everything and I still get nowhere. I've never used NTFS yet so can't give you any constructive help but is FTP an option for you?
