I have installed kmeaw 3.55 and then i updated to 3.66 ofw, do i have kmeaw still installed, if yes, then how to uninstall it?!?

No, you dont. However, if you want to remove all traces of CFW, you should format your hard-drive so it'll be completely clean.

I got another Ps3 a phat one thats jailbreaked...i havent even connected this Ps3 to the internet i thought of maybe lets give this Ps3 sum non jb(no justin bieber!) stuff! as i hve neva been to pSN! shockin as u may think it is!! and should i format it?? nd can i save my game save data on a usb ?

Make a complete restore so that your HDD becomes completely clean. Then you can do whatever you want.

You backup your saves, then format.
