How do I transfer games from PC to PS3?

Hello,
Today I got the E3 Card Reader finally.
I downgrade and jailbroke my ps3.
I have installed gaia manager and ftp server blackb0x.
I install in my pc FileZilla and i have connected to the ps3.
I transfer 1 game to folder "/dev_hdd0/GAMEZ" to my internal hdd.
It's OK? or should I do this different?
