How to Backup game saves / data

I just bought a brand new PS3 because my original PS3 is on its last leg and i would like to keep all my game data. What folders should i back up so i can continue where i left off on my new PS3.

Use the Backup Utility in the System XMB. It will back up all your programs, games, psn, etc from one PS3 to be restored onto another one.

Where can i find the Backup Utility? Will it let me just save the game data as thats all i need.

I believe its under system settings on your xmb menu
