from hermes 3.41 to kmeaw 3.55 how to, help

please note i did the upgrade to cfw 3.41 hermes all alone that's my "know how" level

do i have to format the whole system and etc?
can i simply update to original 3.41 using the update utility? and then go to ofw 3.55 and then cfw 3.55 kmeaw?

you can simple go to OFW 3.55 on XMB
then go to CFW 3.55 Kmeaw via Recovery Mode thats it

and no it does not format the hdd

oh sorry, i asked that cause on the menu there's obviously not an option to instal original fw 3.55, since i'm on herme's 3.41..

cause i dont know how to do it, do i get the pup file on the usb stick the same way i did to upgrade to hermer's cfw 3.41?
