(Help Request)Fallout New Vegas

I have tried everything. I have changed every eboot code, Param code, Cache code and the folder name and I can not get this Fallout New Vegas to work.Installation screen, Installation Screen, Installation Screen.
Can anyone provide me with the PKG and where to place the files OR write a quick tut on what to change to skip the installation.
Do I change the backup's eboot or the eboot on BLES00901?
Do I go Backup>Install Game normally>Install PKG>Move folders?
A point in the right direction would be of amazing help

i didnt edit anything at all. just have a game in the drive and launch it of the xmb either disc or the folder. works everytime for me...this is from a external drive as well

What did you use to install it, what pkg did you use and how do you pass the installation screen

i play it with multiman. i didnt use any pkg... im on 3.41fw. i didnt update it ever either.
