I Have a ps3 500gb 3.41 jailbreaked with ps3key! model CECHCO4 or CECHO4 don't remember!

I want upgrade my console with 3.55 But I do not know which to install and how! What do you recommend geohot, waninkoko, kmeav? Then how do I install? For example if I install the update in the first 3:41 3:55 original sony then install the CFW to CFW then Kmeav Geohot LV2 then the fix? Help me with answers to all appearance hello.
