Ok, so i'm pretty sure I did everything correctly. Eboot became half the size, all I changed was the version number from 1.00 to 2.10. Everything built just fine, except that the package signer didn't give any indication that it did properly sign. I tried to install in 3.55 Geohot, but it immediately fails and gives error 80029567
