Help with Black Ops on 3.55

Hey, tried to backup my Black ops on 3.55
and it's giving me error using BLUS30591
some one can help ?

the problem that i'm new to all this PS3 things, just bought my first ps last week,
already did some backups to some games, like l.a noire and ACB and pro..
but cant do it with CODBO, so how i check if it work with 3.55 or not?

it does work if you have the original EBOOT not modified for 3.41
