Harry Potter And the Death Hallows Part One - BLES-00931

Can anyone help a noob on setting this up. I have a stock copy of BLES-00931. Running KMEAW 3.55 CFW. Can see it with all 3 backup managers - but simply cant get it to boot.

Here's what I've done.

Run pkg
copy USDIR to games/BLES00931/PS3_GAME/USDIR
Overwrite eboot.bin + 3 self files
attempt to run via backup manager

What am I doing wrong??? Any help would be appreciated

Im on Kmeaw cfw 3.55 and only way could get 2 work is with rogero, fix permissions, and with disk and starting it from the blue Disk under games not App/home

all did was rip and play i didnt have 2 modify eboots or ne thing

I need help when i start copying the game it is going great but at 5.38GB it stops what i to do???
