GT5 won't work after applying update

Hey, any help would be appreciated, i'm on kmeaw 3.55, not using any version spoofer, using the original Gran Turismo 5 disc, and multiman 2.00.0 and i download the updates for version 1.07, 1.08 and 1.09 for gt5, i then went to install package and installed the updates in that order, now when i try to launch gt5 from the xmb or multiman i get to the Warning! screen, then it just goes to black and doesn't load further, prior to apply all of these updates the game ran just fine off of the disc with no issues. please help! thank you!

have you tried just un-installing (well deleting actually) the game data from the xmb menu for gt5?

not the game save obviously - just the game data

ok, definitely don't want to delete the save game, how can i delete the game data?

thanks man, that asbolutely worked, had to go through and install data all over again, but it worked without a problem

lol, guess you found it in the end then?

i would usually suggest to do the additional install if you have enough space (the full 8gig one) but i did myself and to be completely honest it doesnt seem to load any quicker in my opinion than the standard install it does in the first place
