Tried it with Multiman and followed the instructions, but still getting the same error! Is it because of the dongle ?

OK my issue is the BR drive on my ps3 is dead, can't read any discs of any kind. I've done all the steps and get the 80010019 error using multiman patched on, let it patch to 3.50. I can't do the switch off ps3 and load bd game as the drive is dead.

I'm trying this on a pal ps3, with GT5 euro version. Any other way to get rid of the 80010019 error.

You may try changing your HDD

Confused...

Why would changing the HDD have any effect considering its the bluray thats dead?
