GT5 black screen

Hey guys

I was running kmaew then GT5 went black screen on starting so I went back to ofw 3.55 and it still went to black screen I even did system restore and it worked for a couple of minutes then when I tried to quit it restarted game to black screen every other game I own works I'm all out of ideas please help

internal......but I'm running off original disc but still getting black screen

Thats very wierd, i was going to suggest the MM external select+x feature to boot BS games from externals.

Man that sucks, i wish you the best, and hopefully some one can help you get going, i just dont know what it could be.

P.S. Did you try deleting the GT5 Game Data?

Hey,
I'm on Kmeaw 3.55 with MM1.15.02 and it works perfect. without disc ... It has big files so I dont think external will work. Try going back to Kmeaw 3.55 from 3.55ofw.

I dont think there is anything I have not tried lol

OK right now it is working and it is installing itself to the hdd.

I did system restore then gt5 straight to black screen then I did file recovery system and it said files were corrupted and it did another restore and seems to be working

Sometimes shit happens for what ever odd reasons bud, its just freaking weird

hopefully it works and I can go back to cfw or if this shit continues to happen my ps3 will be getting dropped from a great height lol

nope didnt work.... moment I quit the game and start it again straight back to black screen
