I used Math's unpacking tool on the 1.05 GT5 update that my PS3 keeps asking for and everything unpacked perfectly i'm busy setting up my virtual machine atm so i can decrypt the new EBOOT but just though i'd post it here if anyone wanted to take a crack at it.

Once the eboot has been changed to use the 3.41 keys we can just overwrite the new files that come with the update via FTP and use the new eboot and it should be fine.

If you look closely at the eboot you will find
    NPD............!
    UP9000-BCUS98114
    _00-000000000000
    0000

NPD = no go until keys to remove NPDRM are released.
