Grand Theft Auto 4 V1.06 Infinite Loop?

can someone please help, i finaly get gta 4 to install and run fine but how do i install v1.06 to get the game not to infinite loop while running? my screen deosnt dim and the music plays normal so its not not finding the stuff, it def sees it, but for some reason update 1.06 just phucks the game up.... btw its on internal from waninkoko and multiman newest

Waninkoko FW.. may be the issue

Solo MM 1.14 syscall36 patch might load the game fine. Anyone to confirm this?

GTA4 Complete Edition is not loading for me with kmeaw 3.55 and MM 1.14. Just the infinite loop. The only 2 games giving me trouble is this one and also COD:MW2
