Gran Turismo 5 and Internal Drive

So today I finally bought GT5 for my ps3, but got struck with this dilemma.

So basically I've been running 3.41 jailbreak trough my TI.84 plus, and now I wanted to play my GT5 on it but since I have one of the first ps3 available (the one with 20gb Internal disk and no wifi), I was wondering what is the best way to get the game in the internal Hdd (Which I recently swapped for a 320gb one).

Should I just update into kmeaw CFW and just copy it to the disk and run it np? Or is there a way to put files larger then 4gb without ftp to the internal disk?

If im reading you correctly then yes update to 3.55 kmeaw and then rebackup game download updates voila,
Also i would go in settings and turn off install game and delete installed files (no point )

off-topic but might as well : What would you guys reckon to be the best way to get my ps3 game backups I have in my pc to my ps3? Talking mostly about the ones that have files above 4gb, since the others I can normally copy to external drive to internal. Been trying to find any decent guide without using ftp, can't find anything...

Any suggestions?
