Currently I'm on Geohot CFW. I am considering moving to one of the latests CFW's. Iv got few games riped and installed with pkg method on my internal.
If I will install OFW and then CFW will I lose these backups? Or they will stay installed and will be working?
I dont want to rip them again, so I just wanted to ask.
Please advise me! THX in advance!

They will be fine

and yes they will still work. I went to kmeaw from geo (of course going back to official firmware first) and all the games I had on there were still present.

i was in the very same boat a few days ago. everything on the hdd will be there and be playable.
you can still do the eboot packagings if ya still want to.

can't get not-said game to run? well, we have a few options now and never give up! there is always a way.

How about sony?

Do you think they are able to detect the other firmware versions more easily? Or do you guys think it doesn't make a difference?
