Games stopped working, plus weird things

first theres Modnation racers, wich i played for about a month, installed it and used shadow copy(multiman) for installed files, worked fine, then i decided to update, but didnt knew the game wouldnt work like that, uninstalled updates, game runs fine. Now i try to run the game and it gets stuck on the first loading.

Then theres the weird thing, Bioshock, i managed to rip videos/audio from other languages so the game is only around 5gb, copy over to ps3, install, plays fine, then i do the shadow copy thing for the install files, game gets black screen after saying "this game saves frecuently...blah blah, hdd blink....blah blah", so i delete game data and proceed to install again, game get black screen at the same part, i go to multiman do the "test files" game is only 1.7gb, what the .....

Also 3dot game heroes get stuck on black screen after the first loading, or after the intro video on a new game.

Does the game have a file bigger than 4 gig?

If so, multiman doesn't copy this file, you have to split the file using PS3Splitter, here is a link.
After you have splitted the file, copy it to your external HDD, when you let multiman copy it back to your internal HDD it automatically puts the files together.

sorry i forgot to say i use internal, but for bioshock the game worked the first time, but then after i deleted the game data manually to do the shadow copy and the game stoped working, i saw the size of the game and it was wrong.

now modnation racers, dunno either, i though it was because i updated it, but deleted the save and all gamedata and nothing.

now after i copied over 3dot game heroes again it stared working, oh and i sometimes notice on the corner of multiman "usb patch" when that only appeared on older versions when u pressed R1, i though if some games were starting on usb patch mode it could cause troubles, but now i havent seen it to test, and those games doesnt work either.
