Games not loading from External?

Im using 3.55 w/ Wutang & Geohots JB and when I DL a game and put it on my external, I load it up and I press "no" when it askes me to launch without XMB and it takes me to XMB but my disk name didn't change to the game I'm trying to launch. What could be going on?

K well now it seems as though even games Ive loaded onto my External from the Disk arnt working anymore... strange

If you are going back to the XMB and the disc is still the one on the drive, you have to run the lv2 patch first. I think that multiman doesn't run that automatically anymore because some people were having some troubles.

Have you updated to the latest multiman? if so you have to enable the payload in options.ini file because the payload has been disabled due to people having problems with it. I went back to multiman 1.13.00 because it worked alot better for me.

OK Here is an update...

I re jailbroke everything and re installed everything. It was working perfect until I tried to run a game (which worked off the external) and it was loading for so long I went into XMB and quit the game.. I heard 3 beeps and it rebooted. Once it was rebooted it said "Rebuilding ..." and it ran a status bar and restarted again and now It isnt working again... What going on now?

ALSO, When I boot into Multiman (Latest firmware) I get the error "multiMAN cannot detect any resident payload. Functionality may be restricted!"
