I have been reading posts on various forums about certain games' update version that contains newer than FW3.55 keys, and people on 3.55CFW machines must not apply these updates or the console will be ruined.

Is this true? How does this work?

I have yet to find a thread where people keep track of ALL of these "do not update" official game updates. Is there one available?

I heard about GT5 v1.10 and WWE All Stars v1.02 from the list of games I have backed up but I know there are more cases and want to be absolutely sure which other games I musn't update them to a certain version.

Can anyone help me with this?

There aren't any game updates that will 'ruin' your 3.55 CFW/Machines. Unless you're being prompted to install a newer version of firmware, of course.... but general game updates are safe, even if they temporarily kill a game.

The worst that can happen is, you install a patch that has 3.60+ encryption and the game won't load. But it's only a matter of deleting the game data (NOT the saved data) and reinstalling it.

You can almost guarantee any game update from now on is gonna be encrypted with 3.60+ keys, unless it's from some small, unknown developer... and even then, the chances of the patch not being 3.60 encrypted isn't very good.
