Game disappeared from XMB after update

I finally got Assassins creed Brotherhood to work and when it started I pressed update, it exited out and gave me an error. When I checked the XMB's game section, the game was gone and when I tried to reinstall package it said: "you already have the latest version there is no need to upgrade". I reinstalled OFW and Geohotz jailbreak but it still didnt work!!! anybody know how to delete the Update?

You can't update backups on 3.55. Delete the game via file manager/ftp and start over.

I deleted the game but I still cant install the package

Did you delete the whole folder(dev_hdd0/game/(titleID))? Try restarting your PS3.

NVM thanks for your reply but I got it to work. I didnt delete the Folder, I taught I did, STUPID ME
