Fix Permissions disabled Gaia

i just installed Kmeaw CFW and I was going through some of my games to see what would work. I tried Black Ops which booted fine on 3.41 but I am now getting the black screen. I read that I should try using the fixpermissions.pkg so I ran that but now I get a black screen when I try to load Gaia Manager. Anyone know what might have happened? My games are in the BDRIPS folder if that matters.

For one, if you got COD:BO working on 3.41, you're gonna have to rerip it or replace the files that you did to get the game working on 3.41. As for fixpermissions screwing up Gaia, just reinstall Gaia. If that doesn't work, try another manager. It's ok to have multiple managers installed at the same time.

I don't remember what files I changed in Black Ops, it was awhile ago. I think it was the PARAM.SFO and the EBOOT? Does that sound right? Will I be able to find those files if I can't find my originals?
