I am using kmeaw cfw and multiman manager. I have trasnferred all files successfully via FTP to /dev_hdd0/game/LAUN12345/GAMEZ/MRTC00003
I have a disc inside. When I load the game via multiman the logo SQAURENIX is all blurred and the PS3 freezes (cant even go to xmb) and to use it you must restart from the button.
Any ideas on what to do?

    Gal
EDIT: the title should be XIII, my bad.

Dont Direct Boot it. I always encounter that if i tried to direct boot it.

From multiMAN, if it ask you to load FFXIII backup, just select No and it will return you to XMB; with the app_home or the Blu-Ray disc name as the game that you have selected.

Tried this and now the game freezes on the SQAURE ENIX logo screen. It is possible to quit the game via xmb but otherwise the game does not load.
I really appreciate you trying to help me, and I hope you have more ideas.

    The usual might help.
Delete all game data and fix permissions.
Also dnniwa485 made a great point......
Dont Direct boot. Infact theres only one game Ive noticed that needs direct boot to run and thats F.E.A.R 2.

Actually, from what I understand, the Video file is at the very end of the game and doesn't get called upon till you beat it. So playing off the external is no biggie.(have yet to try it though, so i might just be blowing smoke up your arse)
