Final Fantasy 13 -- Disc Problem

I'm extremely new here and have searched the Final Fantasy post ad nauseum. While more people are having problems with the video file over 4-5 gigs. I'm having a separate problem. At first, I thought the problem was the large video file, as I would copy the disc and it would stop at 30% every time. I visited these and many other forums searching for a solution. I've tried Gaia Manager, put toothpaste on the disc (There are a few scratches but nothing major, at least in my eyes). Lastly I tried moving over every file individually. This is where I noticed where I was having trouble. I figured this might help other people that may be having the same problem I am having (backing up the disc and having it stop at 30%).

I had problem copying over 2 files.
PS3_Game/USRDIR/white_data/sys/white_imgu.ps3.bin

and

PS3_Game/USRDIR/white_data/movies/2c24_us.ps3.wmp


Now the second one isn't crucial to the gameplay, but I would like to have it to have a complete story, however the first one is. So my question is, would someone be willing, or able to just package those 2 files so I can have my FF13 backed up? It would be greatly appreciated.

I backed up my FFXIII with multiMAN and it runs perfectly. Try that.

I have the most updated Multiman, It just doesn't seem to want to copy those 2 files. I've even tried Gaia Manager.

Thats strange i've copied from the original BR and didn't had any problems try out rogero 8.3

I would love to help you and get you those files but it looks like they're both huge files, so I think you're out of luck.

Maybe try some kind of laser cleaner if you're convinced the disc isn't the issue.

Well, since you obviously own the game, you can just download it. It's not considered piracy then.

So I downloaded the game and got everything loaded onto my PS3, now I'm having another issue. My game is stuck loading at the EA screen. Has anyone had this problem and was able to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.
