final f13 and star wars force unleashed 2 freezes during back up at 4xxx mb

if anyone can help it would be great, never had a problem backing up my games, all 29 of them but these two will not back up, thay start to but freeze, iv tried this on muilti man gaia and regero all at there latest versions, and they all freeze at the same point in back up prosses, i tried to re back up a few games to see if they would back up and it worked fine, so im kinda stuck with final fantasy 13 and force unleashed 2 in disk form, my blue ray drive seems to work just fine, tried backing up on other external drives and internal drives, i get the same result with just these two games. i have rebug 3.55.2. any ideas would be awsome

i have seen some others reporting problems like this with other games but no one gave them a solution, heard something about a bad source disc and how that could effect the back up but i dont know how much truth is in that
