i want to backup tekken 6 to my external hd - however a file is bigger then 4gb. whats the easiest way of copying this to my external hd?
can i copy to ps3 internal via ftp and then use a backup manager to reload to my usb external, will this work
The newer/latest backup managers have a feature to split those files when you copy to external, but note you will not be able to fully play the game from the external drive.

Do a search on file larger then 4Gig and you should see a number of threads on the subject..
thats fine i understand, just as a backup. so i have space on my internal. so i have ftped over tekken 6 for example i can copy it to my external. i want to copy all of it, so if i need to play it again i can simply copy back to internal...
i think its gaia which does it...let me try
