F.E.A.R. 2 not working question

I cant get FEAR 2 (USA) to work on kmeaw 3.55. I can get it to direct boot with rogero 8 to a insufficient disk space screen. according to psjcl.com it works with open manager 2.1i, well i read gaia manager is like open manager but it removed direct boot for 3.55, so is there anything like open manager 2.1i that works on 3.55?

Or anything to get FEAR 2 to work on kmeaw cfw?

Yes multiman 1.15 without exiting to xmb and with a disc in. Didnt work. Tried 1.16 also but didnt feel like finding a lv2 patcher that wouldnt brick my system.

Put FEAR 2 on your external drive. Highlight the game on multiman, launch it with select+ x combination. That game doesnt work internal. Works only via multiman' s black games screen support.

I realize multiman works with alot of games i use 1.15 for everything basically, but dean (or whatever his name is) took out the lv2 support in MM 1.16 so you have to get this package to get game backups to work. Now my direct boot in 1.15 isnt working anymore after removing 1.16, great

You do realize that direct boot only works with ~10% of games, right? And, direct boot isn't to be confused w/ diskless booting, which has a much higher rate of success.

Thanks, i only have a 500gb internal. My biggest "external drive" is a 4gb thumb drive ahhahaha. So im screwed until i get an external i guess.

Its not direct boot. Its a different kind of thing.

I know, i know. But some games (very few) only work with direct boot properly for instance Ghostbusters wont allow you to resume your career, so you have to direct boot. Fear 2 wont boot at all with or without disc, black screen (MM, Gaia, Rogero) but direct boot gets it to boot but then you get a insufficient disk space error which i can't find any solutions on either, which is odd.

So basically i'm referring to the 10% here my other 50 or so games all work.
