Eyepet - Move edition/patch

Hi,

I've now got the original version of Eyepet working from my backup, but as i've not played it for ages i've lost the "magic card" you need to actually create the damn thing!

I've heard that the move version doesn't require this card, as it uses the controller, which i've got, but I can't for the life of me find the patch ANYWHERE to install....

Can anyone help out ? I've tried the various updater apps, and none return the move update patch, can't find much on google either!

What is the BCUS/BLUS/BLES # of the EyePet you have?

I believe it's BCUS-98214

Are you sure you have the US version? AFAIK the only version released in the US was the move version, so that is why you can't find an update.

Double check the Game ID.

Found the move update for The EUR version, (BCES00864) if that is what you have.

Thanks for that, I will have to double-check.

I've already got that update, although i've not installed it yet. Didn't think it could possibly be the move update as it's only 32mb in size...

You already own the game, why not just download the move edition?
It's not piracy if you own it, and the move patch was free.

But I can't go online without going to 3.56.....i thought the DNS trick had ceased working....

There is no move patch, or update at all for that matter for BCUS98214!

In the US the game was only sold move compatible.

Edit: Also if a game has an update and your PS3 is connected to the internet but not signed in to PSN you will still be able to download the update.

Yeah, which is why it's odd as it doesn't prompt me for any update!

Ahh well, i'll see what I can do to get it resolved, thanks for the help.
