Try running fixpermissions.pkg or fix permissions in MM. Also, why are you using lv2 patcher? It hasn't been needed for awhile. Patching is done automatically.

Try multiman's eboot fix. Which multiman version are you running? Did you try other BMs?

    Update to latest multiman 2.0
    1. Update the game to latest version by highlighting the game on MM and press sqaure to bring up the game options.
    2. If that doesnt work download multimanfix from Deank's multiman thread. You'll find all the instructions included with it.
3.If this also doesnt work trying googling for a patch for the gaming depending on your CFW and system version.

i cant update automatically the game because my wireless internet is off, is there a way to update manually, i.e. download trough computer?

also, on step 2 did you mean the eboot fix? isn't it the same that comes with mm 2.0?
