error code 80028f17 how to fix

ok i have a slim ps3 150gb and i bought a bunch of ps1 games from psn and every time i try to play it i get the error code 80028f17 and i looked up that error code and here is what it says: 80028f17 - Ps2 disc Boot Error , An error occured during the start operation; Ps2 game swapped using the eject function and then play pressed quickly - Backup ps2 game inserted again (ps3rips). now im not tring to play a ps2 game because my ps3 cnt its a ps1 game from the psn store how can i fix this error code and play them again?? also my system is hacked so i cnt go into psn. plus the games are legit and bought. also when i was playing pacman dx it was working and now it says its corrupted plz delete and re download again which i cnt how can i get this game to play again as well?? sorry so long. hope to hear something back asap. thanx and have a great nite.

I get this Error with the games Silent Hill 1, Tomb Raider 1&2 and Tekken. The Games Crash Team Racing, Crash Bandicoot 3 and Resident Evil 1 are working fine.

I get this error all the time as well and I don't have a backwards compatible PS2 either. Never even tried to stick a disc like that in there so I am clueless. I hope this can be resolved like the PS3iTA CFW team did back in the day when this error happened and we could still access PSN. If someone knew that dev I am sure we could find a fix as it prevents a lot of users from using reACT PSN sadly.
