error 80028f21

so i boot up nba jam, ACB, LBP GOTY, Uncharted 2 a second time and it dont work... this is after i edit the param file to bypass the update.. and it work the 1st time around.. 2nd time it dont work.

and under each icon, the version is left blank which wasnt the case before...
i know this happen to 1 other person on here...

guess we need a patch?

note: i edit the param file but changing the app and app version to 1.30 not 01.30

if i put in 1.30, it bypass the update and psn works but when i boot the game a 2nd time it dont work

if i put in 01.30, the update still pop up but u can cancel it play it offline

what should i do?

error 80028f21 that's a new one on me, I've never seen a letter in an error code
