While I'm excited to go home and try out Flex Manager on my secondary PS3, which only has on it the two games I'm actually playing right now, I'll keep moh's Open Manager on my primary with the entire collection because it's the best as far as compatibility.

i saw something that runs on pc and changes things like what type of game it is and other stuff but i cant find it now...

had options like DISC GAME, HARD DRIVE GAME etc etc... maybe try changin this

Any link to this so called fantastic open manager? Its kind of hard keeping track of all these backup managers.

does this also serve as a ftp server? or what app do i get to FTP to the ps3?

I made some covers took a bit to find out all the codes for them but the end end result is worth it :)

mine have the codes already done and in one folder so basically all you have to do is drag and drop ....i wish i knew about these before i pulled a mission lol

My game folders i've renamed to the likes of "Little Big Planet - PAL", "Modnation Racers - NTSC" etc....so they don't have the BES0000123etc type folder name.

Do I still need to have the images to be sorted and named by their true bes id name, or just have them match my actual folder names?

alright i also did the same thing and re named my game folders and after trying different ways i couldn't get it to work until i downloaded kindred's covers so here is how it worked for me my games are still by there name instead of game id but my covers are by game id actually if you download kindred's covers all you have to do is put them in the covers folder and they work right of the bat hope this helps you
