You're probably better off posting this in the split/second thread. Also, have you checked the eboot.bin repository thread?

Did you try running it a 2nd time? You always get corrupted data the 1st time.
    Launch CECHA01 60GB now 500GB
    Kmeaw 3.55 CFW
    multiMAN 2.03.00

-The only disc a PS3 can rip is a PS3 Game Disc!
-New versions of multiMAN can be installed over old ones, no need to uninstall!
-If your games won't work, have you installed BDEMU2?

Easy there laddy, have a look at this

    http://psx-scene.com/forums/f180/[fixed]-split-second-3-55cfw-update-bypass-possibly-online-o_o-75938/

Experienced the same problem a while back, to summarize that tutorial, make sure you dont have the game files in same place the param.sfo is pointing to,....huh? meaning, that in my method my full game backup was sitting in a folder named BLUB30300 but the param.sfo was pointing to BLUS30300

WOW!!! i got it to work, instead of editing PARAM.sfo to be BLUS-30301 I changed it to be BLUS-30300 and now it works like a charm
