OM1.17.2 would not boot or do anything no matter what I tried, I installed Gaia v1 and did absolutely nothing with the same exact files and MOH worked the first time.

i cannot seem to get it to work. I just updated my ps3key to v4 but i ripped MoH with another version will that make a difference?
Everytime I try to copy to external it fails a .66003 or something like that. what do i have to do to install to external harddrive? I've tried everything. is there a super detailed step by step?

@solscream never heard of that error... you are transferring it from internal? Can't you play it from internal?

BTW, does it matter if i update MoH to v1.01? Don't want to screw it up. thanks

MAMBX: Yes you can update without problems.

arvinder : I think it depends on the version that you have. EU version I hear only works when replacing the EBOOT.BIN method.

I only tested US version on external.

Just one question. I followed your instruction as according to your first post, and so I did not update to 1.01, yet the game still works fine. When I did load it, it said 'Installing Game Data', would that happen to be the update?

Anyway, thanks for the great method!

For some reason when i played the US version on my External its was laggy so i moved it over to the Internal with no issues...Thxs for the guide Hobbit.

Nope, the game data is the data needed to load the game quicker. The update can be installed via USB or if you're connected to the i-net when you run the game, it will prompt you to install the update.
